The lady at reception was very friendly and generously helped us when needed. the rooms were nice and warm during winter season. we received free slippers and the bed was super comfy. I really did not want to leave. i consider this accommodation good for price.
the room could not be completely darkened, a little annoying. this made it difficult to sleep in sometimes, especially with the early morning sunlight. hopefully, the hotel can address this issue soon.

The double room included a comfortable bed. The room was also warm. slippers were available at no cost. the size of the room was adequate for a short stay.

the hotel is close to supermarkets, eateries, and the metro. the train ride into the city center is approximately twenty-five minutes. i found the general area to be quite accessible.

the receptionist was friendly and helpful. she was generous with her time and assistance. she provided useful information about the area. i appreciated her positive attitude.

the location was very convenient. it was close to the metro stations i needed. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a good VARIETY.
The room was smaller than i expected. The Wi-Fi connection was not strong in my room. i wanted it to be BETTER.
